A test will be given at the time of the interview. You must be an electrical foreman to apply. We currently seek Electrical Foremen with a minimum of 5-8 years of experience. The projects are located in Dade County, Broward County, and Palm Beach County, and include residential, industrial, and commercial work such as Publix stores, schools, Targets, remodels, etc. Job Description: An electrical foreman is in charge of large and complex projects that employ many different electricians simultaneously. The foreman supervises the project as a whole, providing on-site direction and leadership to complete jobs within specific guidelines, including quality standards, time requirements, and budget considerations. Responsibilities: Planning and managing projects Customer relations Material management Quality control Training employees and overseeing apprenticeship programs Evaluating employee progress and resolving conflicts Inspecting installations for quality and safety Ensuring compliance with code standards Job Requirements: Must have transportation to work in all three counties At least 5-8 years of electrical experience Demonstrated ability to perform the duties listed in the job description Mechanics require 4 years of experience, including bending pipe, pulling wires, and terminations on panels and various equipment Some night work may be required Employee Benefits: Health Insurance after 6 months Paid holidays Weekly pay Drug screen required at any time Please submit your correct contact information on your resume.
