We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Electrical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. Role Overview: As a Junior Electrical Project Manager, you will support the management and delivery of commercial electrical projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will have the opportunity to work alongside senior managers and engineers, gaining valuable experience and skills. There is also the potential for the right candidate to transition into an Electrical Estimator role, with mentorship and training provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing electrical projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timeframes and budgets. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery. Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise. Prepare and manage project documentation, including reports and schedules. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is being carried out to the required standards. Support senior project managers in project planning and execution. Develop an understanding of estimating and assist with cost analysis and budgeting as you progress in the role.

Essential Skills and Experience:

A background in commercial electrical projects. Some project management or site coordination experience. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. A keen interest in developing your career in the electrical industry, with the potential to move into estimating. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general project management software.

Desirable:

Previous experience with estimating or cost control in electrical projects. Knowledge of health and safety regulations within the electrical industry.
