Electrical Maintenance Engineer Brighton, East Sussex £38,000 - £40,000 Great opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a highly reputable maintenance provider on a commercial property based in Brighton, East Sussex. You will be joining a market leading building service provider, well known for offering valuable career progression, internal progression and fantastic engineering experience! This is a static role, following a fixed schedule of Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm. You will be responsible for ensuring PPM and reactive maintenance is carried out on electrical and mechanical systems on site, ensure all relevant logbooks/documents are updated regularly, liaise with sub contractors, fault find and report into the site manager. Electrical Engineer Duties:

To identify, diagnose, and rectify faults, performing repairs, adjustments, and maintenance tasks as necessary. M&E Planned and Reactive maintenance - Emergency Lighting and Fire Alarm tests, AHU, FCU, minor Plumbing and Fabric maintenance, lighting & lamping repairs etc. Execute routine servicing, repair, and adjustment of machinery or equipment according to scheduled maintenance plans designated by the Engineering Supervisor/BSM's. Ensure optimal plant and equipment efficiency by meticulously adhering to prescribed requirements and instructions for each task. Fulfil any reasonable duties as assigned by the Building Services Manager or Engineering Supervisor. Electrical Engineer Requirements:

Fully qualified in Electrical Engineering / Installations (C&G / NVQ / EAL or equivalent + 17th edition minimum) At least 3 years experience as an Electrical Engineer Live in commutable distance Good understanding of mechanical plant equipment Client facing attitude Salary and Benefits:
