4 on 4 off (Days) Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to work in a world-class commercial environment? We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our team at a prestigious, high-profile office building located in the heart of Canary Wharf. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems. Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, and critical systems. Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and building standards. Support the facilities team with electrical and building services operations. Complete detailed maintenance records and reports. Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification or equivalent (City & Guilds 2360/2330/2391). 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification. Proven experience in electrical maintenance within commercial or critical environments. Strong understanding of building services and health & safety protocols. Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive and flexible attitude. What We Offer:
