We are seeking an Electrical Engineer with a strong background in Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. This role involves carrying out both planned and reactive maintenance at a high-end corporate site.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct building maintenance, including PPMs Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance Oversee generators and plant rooms Maintain AHUs and FCUs

of up to £49,500 Overtime available Callout 1 in 4

Requirements:
Qualified Electrically (Must have Level 3 Electrical Installations or something equivalent) 4+ years of experience in Building Services and commercial environments Proven track record in commercial building maintenance Strong communication skills and client-facing experience
