Salary is paying 45,000 + Package. Requirements: Electrical Qualifications needed consist of the below: NVQ/C&G Level 3 in Electrical Installations or equivalent 18th Edition 2391 - desired About the company: A well-established maintenance provider who is renowned for their prestigious contracts is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work on a Government contract based in Central London SW1. This reputable company believes in promoting staff internally and is currently looking to add a strong Electrical Maintenance Engineer to their team. Responsibilities: You will be part of a team working on a Government contract based in Central London PPM's & reactive maintenance. Managing PPM's, logbooks, and compliance. You will be responsible for all the output on the following PPM tasks: Emergency lighting, Fire alarms, Lighting, AHUs, FCUs, Plant room checks, etc. Candidate requirements: The ideal candidate is client-facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer) The ideal candidate has extensive experience leading a team and within the facilities maintenance industry.
