What the role involves
- Repair plant and equipment used in the manufacture of tubular components and assemblies.
- Carry out both reactive and planned maintenance across the site in a safe and timely manner.
- Respond efficiently to equipment breakdowns and fault finding.
- Repair industrial drives and control systems including CNC and PLC equipment.
- Supporting maintenance across a wide range of traditional and high-tech machinery.
- Ensure all work is conducted in line with health and safety regulations and safe working practices.
Skills and requirements
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Relevant qualification such as BTEC NVQ Level 3 HNC HND or equivalent international qualification.
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across multiple areas of maintenance.
