Electrical Maintenance Engineer focuses on repair plant and equipment used in the manufacture of tubular components and assemblies.

What the role involves

• Repair plant and equipment used in the manufacture of tubular components and assemblies.
• Carry out both reactive and planned maintenance across the site in a safe and timely manner.
• Respond efficiently to equipment breakdowns and fault finding.
• Repair industrial drives and control systems including CNC and PLC equipment.
• Supporting maintenance across a wide range of traditional and high-tech machinery.
• Ensure all work is conducted in line with health and safety regulations and safe working practices.

Skills and requirements

• Proven experience in electrical maintenance within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Relevant qualification such as BTEC NVQ Level 3 HNC HND or equivalent international qualification.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills across multiple areas of maintenance.
