Scroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunity Location: High-End Commercial Offices (W1 Postcode) Salary: £42,000 + overtime Hours: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a new challenge? Join our team, working in prestigious commercial office spaces in the heart of London's W1. Key Responsibilities: Electrical Maintenance & Repairs: Service and maintain electrical infrastructure, responding to breakdowns and carrying out repairs. PPMs & Reporting: Complete planned preventative maintenance (PPM) tasks and ensure eLogbooks are accurately updated. Reactive Works: Attend reactive calls and resolve issues within contractual service level agreements (SLAs). Subcontractor Oversight: Conduct inductions for subcontractors and oversee their work. Site Operations: Take ownership of tasks assigned by the Site Manager, ensuring successful completion. AP Duties: Become the Authorised Person (AP) for the site as needed. System Knowledge: Gain a comprehensive understanding of all plant, systems, and control mechanisms. Communication & Reporting: Provide regular updates to the Site Manager, including event and daily reports. Health & Safety Compliance: Ensure all work complies with Health and Safety regulations, maintaining up-to-date logbooks and records. What We're Looking For: Qualifications:

Recognised electrical apprenticeship. City & Guilds NVQ Level 3 (minimum) in Electrical Installation or Maintenance.

Familiarity with HVAC systems and client-facing environments.

SH Working Safely (minimum).
