Electrical Maintenance Technician

to join our awesome team at our Business Park. If you love solving problems, keeping things running smoothly, and delivering top-notch service, this is the role for you! As part of our team, you'll be at the heart of ensuring the client’s building systems are working like a charm. You'll troubleshoot, maintain, and install electrical and mechanical systems, all while keeping the customer happy and the workplace buzzing with efficiency. Some of the key deliverables in this role will include: Be the hero of the building!

Monitor service performance, fix issues when needed, and escalate to the site supervisor if things need an extra hand. Stay ahead of the game

with Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on Mechanical & Electrical systems to make sure everything’s compliant and running smoothly. Keep things ticking along

– ensure that PPM backlog stays in check and that reactive jobs get completed quickly and to a high standard. Client superstar

– build great relationships with the client, delivering top-tier customer service every time. What we’re looking for: We want someone who loves a challenge, isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, and has experience in the building services industry. If you're a self-starter with great communication skills and a knack for solving problems, we want you on our team!
