Key Responsibilities:
Conduct planned and reactive maintenance to minimize downtime. Diagnose and repair electrical faults on production machinery. Work alongside the engineering team to drive continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with health & safety and regulatory standards.
Requirements:
Electrically biased maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting. Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently. Relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent in Electrical Engineering).
