The Electrical Maintenance Engineer will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth running of the industrial/manufacturing operations by maintaining and repairing the electrical systems. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall efficiency and productivity of the manufacturing plant in Elland. Description Performing routine and preventative maintenance on electrical systems. Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues in a timely manner. Ensuring all machinery and equipment meet safety regulations. Assisting in the installation of new electrical systems. Documenting actions, testing results, observations, final diagnosis and steps taken to resolve issues. Collaborating with the wider Engineering & Manufacturing team to optimise manufacturing processes. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the department. Providing technical support and training to other team members as required. Profile A successful Electrical Maintenance Engineer should have: Electrical qualification Strong practical experience in electrical maintenance within an industrial/manufacturing environment. Proficiency in using electrical diagnostic equipment and tools. Knowledge of local and national electrical codes. Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
