Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Electrically Biased Maintenance Engineer to join the maintenance team and report directly to the Maintenance Manager. This role is critical to the smooth running of manufacturing operations and involves preventative and reactive maintenance of equipment. Key Responsibilities: Maintaining and developing the PPM schedule. Diagnosing and repairing electrical breakdowns. Proactively addressing reactive maintenance issues. Fault-finding and rectifying PLC issues. Undertaking various preventative and reactive maintenance duties. Building strong relationships with internal teams to ensure smooth operations. Skills & Experience: HNC/HND/ONC qualification in Maintenance (Time Served). Experience in a high-demand manufacturing environment. Strong PPM scheduling and fault-finding skills (electrical and mechanical). Hands-on approach and excellent communication skills. Appreciation of health and safety compliance.
