£42,000 - £45,000 Join our client on a Critical, state of the art, commercial property in Hertfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to avoid the hassle of commuting to Central London. This role provides a great salary, High Voltage training, internal progression, and valuable experience. This role will consist of: Undergoing PPM and Reactive maintenance on Electrical and Mechanical equipment on site. Overseeing the work of another shift engineer. Liaising with subcontractors and strengthening relations with the client. The successful candidate will be fully qualified in electrical installations (City and Guilds / NVQ or equivalent) with at least 5 years prior experience in commercial maintenance and a client-facing attitude. Duties:

Planned preventative & Reactive maintenance Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests) UPS, LV/HV switching, Shutdowns Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, CRAC units Sprinkler Systems, Pumps BMS Operation Organising subcontractors Quotations Health & Safety Logbooks Risk assessments Permits to work Requirements:

City & Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualification in Electrical Installations At least 5 years prior experience in commercial maintenance Experience in High Voltage switching / scheduling - Desirable Experience in critical environments - Desirable Career driven and motivated Apprentice trained - Desirable Polite and personable Salary and Benefits:
