This specialist manufacturer is seeking electrical maintenance engineers who are not just reliable and willing to work hard, but who have a continuous improvement mindset to work with the leadership team as they drive forward to become a world class engineering environment. This role will keep you busy and give you a real sense of achievement as the site progresses in its journey to be best in class. Role Details:

Salary of £36-37K plus £9k shift allowance Panama shift pattern working 12 hours days and nights 2 weeks working 7am to 7pm 2 weeks working 7pm to 7am Benefits:

Bonus 10% of salary based on company performance Pension 3% employee contribution, 6% employer contribution Holidays of 22 shifts annually Enhanced sick pay EAP service 1 volunteering day per year Key responsibilities of electrical maintenance engineer:

Electrical breakdown repairs across the site. Maintaining high safety standards at all times.
