We are thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established building services company in the heart of London, near Mayfair. This role comes with a competitive salary of up to £47,000, plus additional overtime, a clear path for career progression, pension scheme, and long-term job security.

You will be based at a very prestigious commercial office building located in the heart of Mayfair.

Key Responsibilities: Perform scheduled PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks Respond to emergency callouts and resolve issues efficiently Carry out electrical work, including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, and lighting systems Maintain and repair various systems including AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV, and HVAC plants Basic duties such as maintenance of toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks Fault-finding and troubleshooting as required on VAV/VRV systems, water treatment, and related equipment

Candidate Requirements: Ideally, 3+ years of experience in building services maintenance City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification Strong work ethic, a desire to learn, and commitment to personal growth Solid knowledge of building services systems and equipment
