Electrical Maintenance Engineer - 4 on 4 off (Days & Nights) – Commercial building – Wembley - £48000 Per annum
My client is looking for an Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer to be based in a commercial building in Wembley. The successful candidate will be mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Working with the maintenance team on site (Team of 3), he or she will be required to carry out electrical, mechanical, and fabric maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £48,000, further training, and career progression.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Monitor electrical plant Pumps, motors, seals, bearings Air conditioning - air handling units / fan coil unit (filter changes, cleaning) Water treatment (temperature checks / not dosing) Plumbing - unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers, etc. Monitor the BMS systems Basic electrical duties (lamp changes, etc.) General building fabric maintenance Escort specialist subcontractors Hours of Work
4 on 4 off, Shift Pattern, Days only 07:00 am - 19:00 pm / 19:00 pm - 07:00 am
