£35,000 - £40,000 per annum. Key Responsibilities
Conduct Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems and equipment to ensure smooth operation. Respond promptly to breakdowns and perform reactive maintenance tasks to minimize downtime. Undertake minor installation tasks, including projects related to power supply, lighting, and power distribution. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults, ensuring timely repairs and compliance with health and safety regulations. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report findings to stakeholders. Requirements
Fully qualified with an NVQ Level 3 or City and Guilds in Electrical Installation. Possess an AM2 certificate and up-to-date knowledge of the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Proven experience in electrical maintenance and repair, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A valid UK driver's licence is essential for travel between sites. What We Offer
