Join our award-winning team as an Electrical Maintenance and Small Works Manager and bring your passion and expertise to our offices. Play a vital role in delivering top-notch maintenance and small planned works to retail and commercial properties. Showcase your drive and skills as you work with us to achieve excellence. To succeed in this role, you should have a trade or skilled background, a passion for customer service, and a full driving licence. Supervisory experience and IT skills are required. What you’ll bring to the table:

Daily deployment, scheduling and supervision of engineers and subcontractors. Maintaining health and safety compliance at all job sites. Verifying risk assessments and method statements. Handing customer inquiries and concerns. Meeting clients, assessing works and preparing estimates and quotes. Ensuring job completion within priorities and budgets. Quality control of engineers and subcontractors. Collaborating with the Contract Support team. Splitting your time between office work and site visits with approximately 60% of your role being office-based and 40% on site visits. In return, you’ll receive:

A salary package that reflects your skills and experience, within a range of £34,000.00-£38,000.00 per annum.
