Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer Location: Nottingham, NG14 Salary: £41,500 Inclusive of shift allowance Working Hours: Monday to Friday - Rotating shifts, Days, Afternoons & Nights 40 hours per week. 6-2, 2-10, 10-6. Company Benefits: 25 days holiday per year plus bank holidays Company Discounted Stock Share Scheme Reduced Gym Membership Purpose of the Role: Join our client’s Maintenance team as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, handling daily mechanical and electrical engineering tasks within the plant. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Attend and resolve machine breakdowns, diagnosing electrical or mechanical failures. Lead on all Planned Maintenance activities. Provide engineering cover to meet business demands. Build and maintain effective relationships with all departments to facilitate quick reactive solutions and ensure smooth plant operations. Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to minimise downtime and support tasks that enhance plant performance. Fault find and test semi to fully automated equipment. Actively participate in maintaining and improving site housekeeping standards. Experience and Knowledge Requirements: Experience in a similar role, ideally within a manufacturing environment. Experience with Siemens systems is desirable. 17th Edition Qualification or above. Recognised electrical qualification - Apprentice trained, Level 3 BTEC or above. 2391-52 Inspection & Testing qualification is ideal.
