Red Rock Consultants are recruiting for an Electrical Manager to work for our client based in Darlington. We are looking for a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in managing electrical works. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of leading teams, ensuring compliance with electrical regulations, and delivering outstanding customer-focused services. Job Title: Electrical Manager Location: Darlington Salary: TBC dependent on experience Job Type: Permanent Responsibilities: Provide strategic direction and continuous improvement for electrical works and compliance services. Act as the NICEIC Duty Holder & QS, ensuring full compliance with all relevant regulations and standards. Manage and mentor a high-performing team of electricians, cultivating a culture of excellence and ongoing improvement. Manage the electrical works budget, prioritising financial efficiency and operational effectiveness. Oversee the electrical compliance program, including forward planning and all related remedial and investment projects. Monitor and improve customer satisfaction, addressing complaints and queries promptly and effectively. Ensure all operations adhere to CDM, ACOP, and health and safety regulations. Requirements: Strong commercial awareness. Ability to manage budgets effectively. Experience as a NICEIC Approved Contractor Q/S and Duty Holder (essential). Excellent communication skills. Good IT skills. A sound understanding of health and safety regulations. A proven track record of running a department. Experience in tendering for projects. Good knowledge of all electrical aspects, including fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and door entry systems. Ability to bring work with you. Ability to renew the NICEIC on a yearly basis.
