We are seeking an Electrical Manager to join an established electrical installation company, operating in the new build housing industry, while working as a mobile role. The successful candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes pressured environment and has previous experience in a supervisor or managerial role would be ideal for this position.
Electrical Manager Benefits:
Competitive Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum. £3k Performance-Based bonus. Company van provided. Generous company pension scheme. 28 days of paid holiday.
Electrical Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee all electrical work on-site, managing workloads and ensuring smooth progress across various stages of the project. Conduct daily quality checks to ensure the highest standards of work are consistently met on-site. Handle email correspondence and submit required paperwork in a timely manner. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe work environment. Communicate effectively and efficiently with other contractors to coordinate tasks and ensure project deadlines are met.
Electrical Manager Requirements:
Experience working in new build projects. Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role. Hold an 18th Edition Electrical Qualification. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
