Electrical Project Manager for a SME industrial manufacturing company. Senior Management role based at one of the manufacturing sites, those being based in or near Liverpool, Lancaster Stockport. Client Details Our client is a well established, growing SME Manufacturing organisation with production sites across the North West, specifically in and near Liverpool, Lancaster and Stockport. Description The main purpose of the role is to: Line Management of Electrical Teams across all sites, ensuring safety is the priority. Ensure that the teams have the required qualifications & skills. Drive standardisation & "best practice" within the electrical teams. Electrical Design for new & existing products. Duties and Key Responsibilities: Plan electrical projects by determining specifications, selecting contractors, establishing installation schedules, verifying code requirements, and producing/updating cost estimates to end users. Manage updates of any incoming specifications & design drawings, through to 'as built' drawings. Liaise with production management team on site to deliver projects. Possess a knowledge of IEE regulations, 18th Edition, all aspects of Electrical Installation + Testing & Inspection. Demonstrate familiarity with NICEIC requirements. Consistently demonstrate, promote and develop high standards of safety behaviour, leading by example. Keep up to date with all relevant electrical codes of practices. Identify & Implement "Best Practice". Support the procurement team to deliver cost savings. Performance Management of the team to meet project targets, KPIs and personal development. Producing documents including RAMS, NICEIC certificates and O&M files. Profile Proven experience in an electrical management position. HNC, HND or BEng in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent combination of qualifications and relevant experience preferably with rail industry experience. Project Management experience. Strong customers facing and influencing skills. Inspection and test qualification (City and Guilds 2391-52). Ability to manage site staff and sub-contractors. Excellent organisational & communication skills. Experience in the use of Microsoft Office product/applications. Full driving licence. Recognised Electrical Apprenticeship Scheme / Indentures (or AM2) & City & Guilds 2360 or NVQ Level 3 electrical installation. City & Guilds 2382 (IEE Wiring Regs - 18th Edition) or JIB Card - Electrician (Must include IEE Wiring Regs 18th Edition).

ESSENTIAL City & Guilds 2395 Inspection, Testing and Certification. Job Offer 50,000 to 60,000 plus benefits.
