NRT Building Services Group have a rare opportunity to join our small friendly team. To manage social housing electrical testing contracts within London and the South East for a well-established (Surrey based) Electrical Contractor. The role will involve managing large scale electrical testing works in the social housing sector. This is a growing division within the business and opportunities for progression are available to the right candidate. Ideally, you would have managed contracts like this previously. The role will be predominantly office-based (Banstead, Surrey) with the balance of time spent on site visits and client meetings. Essential Qualifications:

Electrical qualifications Computer literate (MS Office including Project) Experience of managing electrical testing Experience in social housing Quality control knowledge Health and safety awareness Managing site staff and sub-contractors Managing the program The role will work closely with senior management.
