The Opportunity

We have an exciting new opportunity for an Electrical Plant Support Engineer to be based at our client's premises in West Cumbria.

As the Electrical Plant Support Engineer, you will be working with an Alliance on exciting nuclear frameworks. This is for legacy pond work situated on a highly regulated nuclear site in West Cumbria. This role will be to support the client's Engineering and Maintenance teams contracted to the end of the financial year. The numbers, durations, and timescales may increase in line with Alliance delivery strategy to meet future workloads required by the end client.

The Role

In order to support the Legacy Ponds Engineering team, as an experienced Electrical Plant Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing support to the end client's Reliability and Plant Engineers.

Employment Type

Contract Estimated Duration - 12 months. This role has been deemed inside.

Qualifications and Experience

Electrical Maintenance. Reliability and Safety. Familiarity with nuclear safety management procedures and control of plant configuration. Strong people management and literacy skills will be required to generate and deliver plant reliability solutions. HNC or higher in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. P4 Pass. Access to SLMS. SC Cleared (will be required before start date). Plant Access.
