We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leader in high-end residential construction, for an
Electrical Pre-Construction Manager . This role offers a clear career path to senior leadership positions such as Pre-Construction Director or Technical Director.
Reporting to the Director and working closely with the Commercial Director, you will oversee electrical projects from Stage 3/4 design development to site handover and liaise with the project management team on delivery.

Leadership:

Manage high-end residential projects, ensuring systems are coordinated, compliant, and supported by detailed pre-construction packages. Procurement & Coordination:
Oversee supplier bids, Value Engineering opportunities, and CDP subcontractors. BIM & Documentation:
Ensure accuracy of BIM resources, drawings, and technical submittals. Client Engagement:
Provide detailed pre-construction reports and support the QS in managing variations.
Key Requirements
Proven experience in electrical systems for high-end residential projects, from design through to site handover. Strong leadership, technical expertise, and organisational skills. Proficiency in Stage 3/4 design and pre-construction processes.
£90,000 to £100,000 Salary + Package
