Electrical Pre-Construction Manager - M&E Pre-construction manager required for a design, build and maintenance business that is on a major upward trajectory. You will be responsible for managing tenders, estimators and pre-contract administration. This is a great opportunity for an electrically biased pre-construction manager, estimating manager, project manager, contract manager or senior estimator with a strong electrical background in commercial and industrial installation estimating to join a business that is on a steep upward trajectory. Requirements: Substantial estimating/tendering background within building services. Electrical bias with good mechanical awareness. Experience of managing multiple tenders. Ability to read AutoCad drawings. Package: Base salary £40,000 to £60,000 depending on experience. Bonus based on profit and tender success, typically over £10,000 (net and gross profit figures are transparent). £6,000 car allowance. 33 days holiday.
