Our Dorset client is seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Electronic Production Engineer. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in production engineering within a manufacturing environment. They must possess a strong knowledge of electronic engineering and be dedicated to continuous improvement and lean principles. Responsibilities for Electrical Production Engineer

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise and streamline production processes for maximum efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. Provide expertise in production engineering, ensuring the successful completion of confidential projects. Encourage and drive the team towards a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Work through the entire production process, from initial concept to final product, with great attention to detail and thoroughness. Utilise problem-solving skills to overcome challenges and think outside the box. Multi-task effectively to meet deadlines and project requirements. Uphold a commitment to company culture and values while maintaining a dynamic and inclusive approach. Qualifications for Electrical Production Engineer

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. Proven experience in production engineering and electronic engineering knowledge. Excellent understanding of lean principles and their application in a manufacturing setting. Strong communicator and team player with the ability to encourage and motivate others. Ability to work in a diverse and inclusive environment, respecting and valuing different perspectives and contributions. Proficient in optimising and streamlining processes to achieve maximum efficiency and quality. A passion for continuous improvement and driving positive change.
