Reporting directly to the Senior Contracts Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in sectors such as retail, education, and commercial building services. With a wealth of framework agreements and enduring partnerships with major builders, the potential for career growth is boundless. Key Responsibilities

Lead the execution of electrical projects, ensuring seamless coordination between all stakeholders. Oversee project progress, timelines, and budgets to deliver exceptional results within specified parameters. Foster strong relationships with main contractors and clients, maintaining the company's reputation for reliability and excellence. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize project efficiency and resource allocation. Uphold industry standards and compliance regulations throughout project lifecycles. Candidate Profile

HNC or HND in Building Services preferred; a time-served electrical apprenticeship is essential if not holding the aforementioned qualifications. Demonstrated proficiency in time management, with a track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders. Solid commercial acumen, capable of maximizing project profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
