HNC or HND in Building Services preferred; a time-served electrical apprenticeship is essential if not holding the aforementioned qualifications. Demonstrated proficiency in time management, with a track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget. Exceptional interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with diverse stakeholders.
