Electrical Project Engineer

to join a prestigious project at Hinkley Point C, the UK's first new-build nuclear power station in a generation. This role is vital to supporting the UK's Net Zero targets and requires a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and quality. As an Electrical Project Engineer, you will report to the Project Manager and take responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned projects, ensuring they meet operational, safety, and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Project Management : Plan, manage, and oversee project operations to achieve efficiency, economy, and profitability. Customer Service : Maintain high standards of customer service, fostering strong relationships with clients. Standards Compliance : Ensure all project activities comply with relevant standards and legislation. Operational Oversight : Coordinate resources, materials, and subcontractors to meet project deadlines and specifications. Commercial Management : Monitor project budgets, cost performance, and ensure timely agreement of variations and accounts. Health and Safety : Uphold company health and safety standards, ensuring compliance on-site and addressing any issues promptly. Team Leadership : Provide clear communication, guidance, and supervision to team members. What We're Looking For Qualifications/Experience :

Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles. Proven track record in delivering large-scale projects within a regulated environment, such as nuclear or similar industries. At least three years of relevant industry experience.

Skills :

Technical competence and analytical ability. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Leadership and motivational capabilities. Business planning and problem-solving skills.
