Are you an experienced Electrical Engineer or Project Manager ready to lead impactful projects at Hinkley Point?

Join us as a Project Manager, where you'll manage diverse, complex projects and ensure delivery aligns with company goals, profitability targets, and high standards. This role involves direct leadership of project teams and close collaboration with senior management, clients, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide engineering and managerial oversight for assigned projects, ensuring efficient and profitable operations.

* Develop and implement strategies to optimize project execution and meet business objectives.

* Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for future business.

* Ensure all project activities meet relevant regulations, standards, and legislation.

* Collaborate with support teams to address technical and compliance challenges.

* Develop detailed project schedules, allocate resources, and oversee execution.

* Manage procurement schedules for materials and equipment to ensure timely delivery.

* Supervise on-site operations, monitor quality, and ensure adherence to specifications.

* Coordinate with subcontractors and ensure seamless integration of workstreams.

* Monitor project budgets and financial performance, addressing any discrepancies proactively.

* Assist in preparing ongoing project accounts and final account submissions.

* Negotiate subcontracts and oversee payment processes.

* Champion health and safety standards on all projects in alignment with company policies.

* Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with risk assessments, safety protocols, and recommendations.

* Support senior management in nurturing client relationships and identifying new opportunities to expand the business.

Qualifications & Experience

* A solid foundation in electrical engineering (formal qualifications or equivalent experience).

* A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction or energy sectors
