Electrical Project Manager

to join our team. The Role As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of electrical installations across various construction projects. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Manage the full project lifecycle, from initial design to final handover. Coordinate with clients, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Oversee site operations, ensuring compliance with UK regulations and health & safety standards. Monitor project budgets and timelines, identifying and resolving any issues that arise. Lead and motivate project teams to achieve high-performance outcomes. Ensure technical compliance with industry standards and renewable energy best practices. Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients. Requirements Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the UK construction industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, renewable energy technologies, and construction processes. Experience managing budgets, schedules, and subcontractors. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong leadership and communication skills. Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition Wiring Regulations). SMSTS or equivalent site management certification (desirable). Full UK driving licence.
