We are looking for an

Electrical Project Manager

to join a growing company on a social housing contract in the West Midlands.

The Electrical Project Manager will receive: A salary up to £55,000 10% company car allowance The opportunity to oversee the renewable electrical projects within social housing

As the Electrical Project Manager, your responsibilities will be: Overseeing site managers to ensure electrical compliance is met Attending meetings with other managers to update on the program of works Ensuring all sites meet current health and safety regulations and legislation.

The ideal Electrical Project Manager candidate will: Have an electrical background Hold social housing experience Have senior management experience Have an understanding of PAS 2035 and Energy Efficiency Measures in domestic retrofit projects.
