Project Manager focuses on managing construction projects from design handover to final commissioning, ensuring timely delivery.
What the role involves
- Managing construction projects from design handover to final commissioning, ensuring timely delivery.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with DNO G81, BS standards, and client requirements.
- Maintain project programmes, including regular progress updates and forecasts.
- Manage project risks, ensuring adherence to timelines and critical paths.
- Leading stakeholder communication, including internal teams, clients, and DNO representatives.
Skills and requirements
- Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- HNC in Electrical or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in construction or electrical infrastructure projects.
- Experience working within a NERS environment and knowledge of electrical infrastructure up to 132kV.
