What the role involves

  • Managing construction projects from design handover to final commissioning, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Ensure all electrical works comply with DNO G81, BS standards, and client requirements.
  • Maintain project programmes, including regular progress updates and forecasts.
  • Manage project risks, ensuring adherence to timelines and critical paths.
  • Leading stakeholder communication, including internal teams, clients, and DNO representatives.

Skills and requirements

  • Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
  • HNC in Electrical or Civil Engineering or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in construction or electrical infrastructure projects.
  • Experience working within a NERS environment and knowledge of electrical infrastructure up to 132kV.
