As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of electrical systems in commercial construction projects. You will lead a team of electricians and subcontractors, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage electrical projects from start to finish, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Coordinate and communicate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met. Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against established milestones. Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, and financial forecasts. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal electrical codes and regulations. Monitor safety protocols and ensure the team adheres to safety guidelines on site. Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the project lifecycle. Manage project documentation, including drawings, permits, and contracts. Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of electricians and subcontractors. Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience managing electrical projects, specifically in commercial construction. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and safety standards. Proven experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources for large-scale commercial projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar tools). Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Why Join Us?
