Electrical Project Manager
Red Rock Consultants are currently working with a well-established Electrical Contracting business.
Due to expansion, they are currently seeking an Electrical Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. You will work on multi-million pound Residential projects (Rent to buy).
Key duties include:
Liaison/meetings with clients, supply chain and delivery teams and management. Health & Safety management. Attending internal progress meetings. Financial management of projects, including procurement and assisting with costings. Preparation of method statements and risk assessments. Management and briefing of personnel. Resolving installation and access issues. Completion and submission of as-installed documentation. Programme and project planning.
Experience required: Experience managing the full Electrical packages on projects. SMSTS. NVQ Level 3-Electrical. IOSH-Managing safely (Desirable).
