Overview We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee and manage electrical projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with the highest standards of quality. Responsibilities Lead and manage electrical projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and clients to define project specifications and requirements. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and resource allocation. Monitor project progress and implement adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion. Conduct regular site visits to assess project status and address any issues that may arise. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare detailed reports on project status for stakeholders and management. Skills Proficiency in Civil 3D is advantageous for effective project planning and execution. Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines efficiently. Strong leadership abilities to motivate teams and drive project success. Excellent communication skills for liaising with clients, contractors, and team members. Problem-solving mindset with the ability to navigate challenges effectively. Familiarity with electrical engineering principles and practices is essential.
