Involve are currently recruiting an experienced Electrical Project Manager on behalf of our client, a well-established and reputable national construction electrical sub-contractor. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee diverse and high-profile construction projects, with values ranging from £115,000 to £4 million. Our client specialises in delivering first-class electrical installations across a wide range of projects, including apartments, office developments, and large-scale commercial properties. The Role:

As the Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end delivery of electrical installations on a variety of challenging projects. From planning and procurement to execution and client handover, you will play a key role in ensuring successful project delivery. Key Responsibilities:

Oversee electrical installations on projects such as new-build apartments, innovative office spaces, and commercial developments. Plan and schedule project activities to meet deadlines and budgets. Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. Manage and supervise electricians and subcontractors on-site. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and health and safety compliance. Manage project documentation, including procurement schedules, RAMS, and progress reports. Maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business. What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in managing electrical projects within the construction sector - specifically new builds. Strong knowledge of electrical installations for new builds, apartments, offices, and commercial projects. Exceptional project management skills, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail. Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation). Full UK driving license.
