Electrical Project Manager

Cornwall We are looking to recruit an Electrical Project Manager to oversee all building services packages for on-site construction projects within the Engineering Services sector. This is a rare opportunity to be involved in landmark projects covering commercial, industrial, and public sector build schemes. The role will be varied, and you will be responsible for: Managing all engineering services. Managing resources on projects. Supply chain management. Cost reporting and procurement for building services packages. Client and consultant liaison. Project reporting and site auditing. Ensuring on-site health and safety compliance. Monthly reporting on building services schedule and programme. What you will need: BTEC / HNC in Building Services, IOSH, CSCS, SMSTS. Experience managing building services / M&E packages, delivering on time and within programme. Management of procurement, labour, and sub-contractors. Management of contract costs and variations for projects over £2m. Health and safety management and risk assessments. Compilation and presentation of operating and maintenance manuals. Full UK Driving License and subject to SC Clearance. Offering a salary up to £75,000 + car allowance, excellent holiday allowance, private medical insurance, and a host of flexible benefits.
