A specialist M&E contractor is looking to strengthen their electrical team due to continued success and project wins. Working across the commercial, retail, healthcare, and educational sectors, they provide bespoke mechanical and electrical solutions with projects ranging from £100k to £5 million.
You will be required to manage up to 2 projects at any one time (dependent on size). Responsibilities include: Managing all project resources including labour, materials, and time effectively to maximize profitable delivery. Managing subcontract partners to deliver high-quality work on time. Attending and participating in Contracts Manager meetings. Building strong relationships with the client's team, subcontractors, delivery teams, and other key stakeholders to ensure open and positive lines of communication.
You will have previous Electrical Contracts/Project management experience, knowledge and skills to analyze and solve in-depth problems, and execute appropriate actions, as well as good customer service skills with a definitive focus on customer satisfaction.
