Up to £60,000 + Package & Bonus Job Overview: We are recruiting for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a well-established company based in Wakefield. The role involves overseeing high-profile leisure fitout projects in London, requiring site visits a couple of days a week. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and ambitious project manager to work on exciting projects with a supportive and growing company. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage electrical fitout projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to develop project plans and resolve any issues promptly. Oversee all on-site activities, ensuring health and safety compliance and efficient site operations. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost efficiency. Attend site meetings in London to monitor progress, address challenges, and provide updates to clients and senior management. Ensure all electrical works meet required standards, specifications, and client expectations. Mentor and manage site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals. Qualifications & Experience Required: Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager, ideally in leisure, retail, or commercial fitout projects. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and installation standards. Relevant qualifications such as HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or equivalent. 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification is highly desirable. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility to travel to London 2-3 days per week.
