Job Overview: We are seeking two experienced Electrical Resident Engineers to join our team, focusing on projects across the UK Midlands. Each engineer will take ownership of 2-3 project sites, ensuring smooth operations, troubleshooting, and successful commissioning. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-impact projects with an attractive day rate and the possibility of extension beyond the initial term.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee electrical installations, focusing on PV (solar) and Medium/High Voltage commissioning
Coordinate and manage daily operations on assigned sites to ensure all work is completed to industry standards
Conduct technical assessments, troubleshoot issues, and support testing and commissioning processes
Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders to maintain project timelines and safety standards
Ensure compliance with relevant electrical and safety regulations on all assigned projects
Qualifications & Skills:
Proven experience in Medium/High Voltage commissioning
Previous experience with PV (solar) systems is highly preferred
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to site management
Ability to work independently and oversee multiple sites
UK work authorization is required
Contract Details: Work Pattern:
5 days per week
Day Rate:
