The Hours and Shift Pattern - Continental Shift Pattern
The Electrical Shift Engineer will be operating under the continental shift pattern which works in this rota:
4 days on, 6 days off 4 nights on, 4 days off 3 days on, 3 nights on 4 days off, and then repeat
This is a role that is working for the service provider and reporting directly to the owners of the data centre complex. This contract is expanding, so there is great potential to become a Shift Leader and progress through the company.
There is a large dedicated facilities and engineering team on site, and you would be part of a two-man maintenance shift engineering team.
