DCT Recruitment are seeking for an experienced Electrical Site Engineer to join our team in the Shotton Paper Mill Project.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage all electrical installations on-site. Ensure that construction works are carried out in accordance with design drawings, project specifications, and work schedule. Perform regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Conduct inspections to verify compliance with design and engineering standards. Identify material needs on-site in a timely manner, inform the Site Chief, and perform warehouse controls regularly. Continuously check the man-hour values related to the construction works. Submit daily progress reports with attachments to the Site Chief. Inform the Site Chief about material, manpower, and site issues in a timely manner to assist in taking necessary precautions. Check defects or incomplete works on-site reported by the Client, take preventive or corrective actions against potential issues, and report the situation to the Site Chief where no solution has been achieved. Enforce and promote strict adherence to health and safety regulations on the construction site.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial projects, preferably with Factory or Industrial Plant Experience. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working on construction sites and familiarity with site safety protocols. Availability to work Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM. ECS Card (Electrotechnical Certification Scheme) or equivalent.
