Optimise are currently looking for site managers with an M&E background for contracts in Leeds and Nottingham on 10-12 month contracts

The Role:
Working on a large commercial project supervising electrical teams and co-ordinating the daily activities of the electrical teams.
Working with contractors to complete projects on time.
Writing up and submitting daily activity reports to the project manager.
Working to Electrical Operational Procedures, safe working practices and Health & Safety procedures as required.
Providing technical guidance and support to the Dc Power Teams.
Contacting outside vendors for parts or when requiring technical assistance.
Coordinating and completing site audits and all follow up actions.
Helping project managers to conduct health & safety inspections in work areas.
Reporting to the Project Manager.
The Ideal Candidate:
Will have proven experience in a supervisory role overseeing electrical installations on robust M&E projects
Will have a recognised electrical qualification.
Will hold a valid CSCS/Skill/JIB Card & SSSTS or SMSTS.
Will be computer literate.
Will have strong planning, organisation, and monitoring abilities.
Will work well under pressure to meet deadlines.
Will have excellent communication skills.
