This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Electrical Site Manager to join a reputable building services company that has operated across multiple sectors of the construction industry for over 45 years. The role involves ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, safely, and to high standards, while maintaining effective site management throughout. This position is ideal for a qualified electrician with substantial experience in site management and team leadership. Candidates with strong organisational and communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction project requirements, will thrive in this role. Key Responsibilities Oversee on-site compliance with Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality (EHSQ) standards, and ensure necessary permits are secured. Coordinate resources including plant hire, tools, and labour to support seamless daily operations. Supervise and train apprentices, manage site labour, and liaise with subcontractors to meet project goals. Execute commissioning, handle close-out processes, and manage snag lists to ensure project completion. Update project information for progress reports, manage the Document Management System, and oversee final testing and certification for handover. In return you will receive a base of between £65k-£80k depending upon experience, along with Private Healthcare, Death in Service, and Income Protection insurance. 23 days holiday.
