Ideally, the SM will have a minimum of 5 years within the role. Strong electrical background. Strong experience in overseeing and managing LV/HV electrical works. Competent in overseeing workforce, snagging, and ensuring safety is maintained at all times. SMSTS & First Aid are essential.
