Our Client is a building services specialist, experienced in providing complete mechanical and electrical services to large scale city centre projects in the residential and commercial sectors. Due to continued growth, my client is looking for an Electrical Site Manager, eager to join a dynamic and growing team as they are set to go live with two new sites!

Reporting into a site-based Project Manager, duties will include:
Overseeing electrical aspects of the project
Carrying out QA and snagging reports
Managing the QA procedure for the project for both M&E
Package management
Leadership and teamwork
Working closely with the Senior PM
Overseeing day-to-day operations on-site
Experience in working on high-rise/office blocks
Attending project progress meetings
Coordinating direct staff and subcontractors to ensure the project is run in line with the programme
