Job Opportunity NCD Electrical (NI) Ltd are looking to expand their workforce and recruit a site manager with new build experience to work on a large new build student accommodation block on a fast-paced programme. You will be required to manage and supervise teams who are installing 1st and 2nd fix electrical services including metal containment systems, galvanised conduit, Dali lighting, small power circuits, and distribution boards to exceptionally high standards. You will be responsible for managing health and safety issues and reporting, plant and equipment registers and weekly inspections, ordering materials in line with the procurement schedule, and material delivery management. You will assist the project manager with daily allocation sheets, progress, and delay and disruption reporting. You will also be required to attend meetings and daily briefings with the main contractor as well as the NCD Commercial team. NCD Electrical (NI) Ltd Offer: Fortnightly payment CIS Self-employment or Ltd Excellent IT equipment on site Skills Required: Fully qualified with 18th Edition and NVQ 3 or City & Guilds equivalent in electrical installation as a minimum SSSTS / SMSTS certificate with current valid ECS card Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment Ability to read and understand drawings Ability to communicate in English Fully proficient in Microsoft systems including Word and Excel Excellent people skills Extremely organised Presentable as you are client facing Desirable Skills: Initial verification & certification desirable First Aid At Work Job Types:
