As part of our growth we are seeking a Electrical Supervisor to help us meet our challenging business targets Location: Lisburn Hours Per Week: Monday - Friday, 40 Hours Job Type: Permanent / Full Time The Electrical Supervisor will: Manage a team of Electrical Engineers Carry out open jobs at peak times Liaise with helpdesk to schedule jobs Attend Client / progress / briefing meetings Attend progress meetings and developing progress report for senior management and or meetings Work with the design team to develop designs Deliver and schedule works with direct labour and sub-contractors Manage H&S on site including inductions of GRAHAM staff and Subcontractors Record Site events and conditions Liaise with the end users to make sure they are kept up to date with progress and requirements Ensure all works are completed to high quality Manage Works on site including staff & Subcontractor management Manage works to deliver to programme Self-snag works prior to completion of works Collate material orders and issue to Service Desk for ordering Report to senior management Complete O&M manuals on completion of projects #GRAHAMFMNIJobs About You Essential Criteria Site Supervisors Safety Training Scheme (SSSTS) / Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) Formal Qualification NVQ Level 3 electrician or equivalent City and Guilds ) Level 3 qualification Normal eyesight colour vision Highly experienced in Electrical installation works for commercial and industrial installations Current 17th IET Wiring Regulations Demonstrate relevant previous experience in a similar role working within a trade or construction background Demonstrate previous relevant management experience Competent in the use of the Microsoft Office Suite and ideally Project Full UK drivers licence Proven Leadership and people management skills Ability to successfully complete security clearance (Non-Police Personnel Vetting and Access NI) Desirable Criteria High Voltage awareness training Manual Handling training COSHH training Confined space training IPAF card holder Please note that Applicants will not be expected to meet any (or all) of the desirable criteria to be considered for interview.
