Site Technician
About Us: Red Rock Consultants are currently working with an Electrical Engineering Contractor who deal with a broad range of Industrial and Commercial Installations from conception.
Role Overview: As a Site Technician, you will join a small team of 5-10 professionals and play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of on-site projects.
Your responsibilities will include: Assessing customer requirements and preparing quotations based on issued specifications. Coordinating labour and materials to complete projects on time and within budget. Drafting job-specific risk assessments and method statements. Reading and interpreting electrical schematic diagrams and technical drawings. Managing on-site labour to maintain high standards of quality and discipline.
Requirements: 2391 or 2394/5 qualified. 18th Edition City & Guilds certified. ECS Gold Card (preferred). Knowledge of PLCs and control systems (preferred). Ability to assess customer requirements and prepare accurate quotations. Strong understanding of electrical systems and schematic diagrams.
